1991 SAME (Society of American Military Engineers) Boston Post scholarship presentation with John Sununu, then Chief of Staff for President Bush. Mr. Sununu was also a mechanical engineering professor at my alma mater, Tufts University. He was later elected Governor of the state of New Hampshire, and after leaving the Bush Administration, he became a political commentator for CNN.
1990 SAME Boston Post scholarship presentation with Ed Weiler. Mr. Weiler was (and still is) in charge of the Hubble Space Telescope program.
