Lee's Tufts Observer Drawings

For three years I spent my Wednesday nights working late into the morning, drawing pictures for the Tufts Observer, Tufts' weekly newspaper and the "Newspaper of Record Since 1895." From 1990 through 1992 I was Graphics Editor, so I was in charge of editorial cartoons and I was responsible for filling in the empty spaces... It was fun, I got to work with good people, and on a few occasions I even got under the Administation's skin. Hee hee hee!

Here are a few samples of the work I did for the Tufts Observer:

The budget-cutting bird-of-prey strikes. By the way, the dove is the symbol of "Peace and Light" on Tufts' logo (Tufts' mascot is Jumbo the elephant).

There was a bit of discussion when the Yankee Rowe nuclear power plant in western Massachusetts was shut down.
